Non Metallic Floor Hardner (Conpro FH - 1)

Non Metallic Floor Hardner (Conpro FH - 1) is a cementitious non-metalic abrasion resistant floor hardener ideally suited for all industrial floors subject to heavy traffic. Method of Application

For laying of CONPRO FH-1 over base concrete, the following procedure is recommended:

• Alllow bleeding water on the top of base concrete to evaporate.
• Ensure that base concrete is hard enough so that light foot traffic movement does not leave an impression of more than 3 mm depth.
• Spread CONPRO FH-1 uniformly in 3 stages.
• After spreading one-third of the total CONPRO FH-1 to be used, level the surface with a wooden float.
• Similarly, spread the rest of the CONPRO FH-1 in 2 stages and level the surface again.
• Allow the surface to cure as per conventional cement curing methodology
